japanese mama-san sushi rice, match with our mizkan vinegar and make that perfect sushi rice
sushi rice recipe (3-4serves, 5-7 sushi rolls):
cook 2 rice-cooker cups 1:1 ratio with water, wash rice 3 times before cooking
cook rice with 1 piece of dried kombu, match with our hidaka dried kombu!
once cooked, pour over 2 tbsp of mizkan vinegar
keep covered until ready to roll
