Enjoy this limited release, extra virgin olive oil infused with mountain yuzu. Yuzu fruit and olives grown in northeast Victoria are cold pressed together to create a uniquely aromatic, zingy oil. this oil was awarded a silver medal in the australian international olive awards, be sure to try before it runs out.
Substitute your olive oil with mount zero yuzu oil, goes particularly well with sashimi, ceviche, dip for your bread and Japanese style salads.
